Prioritizing landscape, this project begins by establishing a network of connected green spaces and biotopes. Trees planted in the initial phase will shape the environment throughout all stages of construction. A new public park, linked to Vienna’s green belt, extends across the site and is connected by a green bridge that spans Stadtstraße and the railway lines. Green fingers aligned with existing agricultural fields link the park to both northern and southern zones. This design transforms infrastructure into a multifunctional system that supports mobility while nurturing habitats for diverse species. Through the fusion of urbanity and nature, an interspecies space evolves that facilitates interactions of various kinds.
